    Valve won't respond to this, or at least i highly doubt they will. The catalogue of games on Steam heavily outweighs Origin's catalogue, so really there's hardly a threat to Valve, and in reality, this is just a move from EA to try and recuperate their public image! - plus im sure there is...

    @gabizou had informed me otherwise.. We were told we must let the players that were kicked from town get their items. I was originally under the impression that town mayors could keep their items, but apparently that only applies to inactive players.
