    I'm not exactly sure how old you are, but you are aware that I'm not some kiddie here, right? I'm willing to bet, with the current build, even if he achieve a substantial OC, that the whole system, under FULL load, would pull around 500w or less. Air flow aside, if he buys a quality power...

    650w is actually more than enough. A single gpu rig with overclocking will run at about 500w fully loaded.

    For 1 card I recommend 550 or more. If you plan on upgrading I would go a little more. Something like 750-850 for 2 cards and 1000 for 3. Personally I don't like pushing the limits, so for your planned system, go 650

    Again I am not familiar with the brand. Look at NZXT psu's. I think they are pretty affordable. 650w is plenty. For a single card system, 550 should be ample. For budget I would go AMD APU over an Intel CPU. I am on team green though. I like Nvidia over AMD.

    Plenty of power. My only concern is quality of components. Not all 650w PSUs are created equal. I would hate for you to spend all this money and have you PSU fail and fry your components.
