    I agree with what Leftovers said, mostly. I don't really like the max player limit, as many developing towns (unregioned still) have 20, 30, 40+ members on their tenative citizen lists, and limiting them to 15 for hamlet would cause a lot of problems. Also, 30 diamond blocks seems a little...
