    Suggestion A change in Necromancer

    Actually, no. You cannot reapply a DoT before it wears off, if you got one second of Decay left on you and a Necro uses Decay, it burns the spell(mana,cd), and nothing happens. Which also means that you cannot stack multiple DoTs of the same type.
