    Suggestion Remove no-pvp for under level 10's within regions

    Personally, I agree. There's nothing more terrible than to stand around doing nothing while your friends get attacked and killed. And then when you friends get angry at you, and when they ask you why you didn't defend them or at least die trying... When your response is "I'm not level 10 yet"...
