    He means that he doesn't do damage because he needs to replenish to be able to use his skills in arena(When he runs out of mana) but replenish is like a 2 minute cooldown so he wants cooldowns to reset when the arena is over. Reading noob language with monkey 101

    What online single player game do you play?

    Hitman: Absolution, and Hitman: Blood Money... Funniest physics i've ever seen in my life. If you use a stun gun on someone in a chair, they slowly stand up and fall on the ground like they just got pummeled in the butthole.
