    Hasn't there been balance changes for ~2-3 weeks waiting to be put in?? Hard to balance HC when it takes a minimum of 2 weeks to put in balance changes. Ninja/Dragoon/Wiz/Ranger OP since the start. Suggestions have been made ~ month ago to balance them. Bard - Broken / Disc - underpowered...

    Commented in the quote. Overall looks like a solid skill set for bard. Slow IV and the all negative effects from Eroico seem a bit OP but might be good for the class to get back to a strong support class.
