I may be your machine, I know you say it works fine on other servers but while on Herocraft try this for shits and giggles, you never know and it it improved your lag it will improve your game enjoyment.

switch your view render from Far to short, also check your options and try turning everything off or down in the video settings and slowly turning things back on.
