Whitelisting fail

To whom it may concern and reach,

Last map I was entirely Whitelisted, I have been inactive due to being overseas for possibly the last five weeks and when I return to play on the new map I have discovered that I am not whitelisted anymore. I have heard that this has happened with a few people so I guess it's nothing out of the ordinary.
