Suggestion Void tear- A beguiler skill

Void tear- You throw a vial of void tears, creating a tear in the the void, disrupting time and space around the area you throw it at.

You will throw the "void tear" similar to a potion, and it will explode, creating void effects similar to a nether portal and sounds similar to a nether portal if you are standing beside it.
All enemies in the area of effect develop the effect that occours as you go through a nether portal, hear what you hear as you go though a nether portal, and are moved 2 blocks in a random direction every 1 or 2 seconds.
It is essentially an aoe beguile on a short range, created by in an aoe around the area you throw the void tears, or potion. Good for getting away, good for confusing and disorientating people in big fights.
It is a situational ability that is balanced around beguilers kit. Beguiler has all skillshots for damaging spells, so it makes it hard for you to do damage to them, but also the other way around. It is a spell that is a lot of fun, while not being overly powerful.

It fits well into the lore of a cc caster that confuses people. Also, you never know whether it is a void tear (pull or rip) or a tear (a drop of clear saline fluid secreted by the lacrimal gland and diffused between the eye and eyelids to moisten the parts and facilitate their motion). It is a play on words, so-to-speak.

After speaking with the original poster in game, here's what the original rant was supposed to be:

HolyWater Clone (chuck a potion) that upon hit causes all targets to be Beguiled.

Thoughts?
