Veteran?

Hi guys Rangehoplite here and I was just wondering what the requirements are to get a veteran title. I was on last night and heard that one of the requirements was be white listed for a year (which I have). Are there more? And where can you apply to get the veteran title, do you have to get accepted?

If you have been playing on the server for a year and have no bans, open a pe in game requesting the title.
