Bug Veteran Title

So, I've been whitelisted on this server for over a year now (August 1st 2011 - Now) and it seems that I can't get the Veteran title, in the games it says taht I have no titles. Not sure if this is a bug, but I do think so, if I wrong delete this thread. Thanks in advance :)
