ALERT Trade District Update

Giving an update to the Trade District since people have been asking/making comments about it.

1. The total number of rentable regions in the TD has been increased
   • A large building that has not been zoned will be subdivided into smaller interior stalls.
2. Billboards have been created around the TD to advertise your wares. These are rentable 2x1 spots for signs and count against your 5-rent limit. See the updated rules below for what you can and can not put on the signs.
3. Rules for the TD have been adjusted to make more sense. They have not changed, just some have been rewritten slightly. Rules for the new Billboards have been added as well.

Trade District Rules (Applies to Haven only)

• Rentable shops are to be used as shops only
• Shops are not to be lived out of, or used as a secondary home
• Shops can not have any areas blocked off to the public
• Temporary Chests for storage pertaining to the chest shops are allowed
  • Chests used for storage NOT pertaining to the chest shops are NOT allowed
• Abusing any skills to remove the Rent Shop sign is punishable with a suspension
• Any shop violations are corrected on the spot without warning

Billboards
Players may rent billboards on the perimeter if the Trade District

• These must only advertise a shop you personally own in the Trade District.
• They may only contain signs.
  
• Any other use of these billboards will result in a suspension and removal of the sign.

Both the signs and the shops count towards a player's 5-rent limit in spawn.
