First off. Don't post names in black. We're reading black on black here. Don't seperate the people who didn't pay taxes or whatever from the active citizens list, if they are a citizen and they are active, put them in one list. Also the capitalization is what needs to be fixed as last login doesn't understand that Toadsworth29 could mean toadsworth29. That is all we are asking when we do citizen audits.

As I've stated to many many townships in the last 24hrs, /lastlogin is case sensitive. You are required to have their correct IGN on your citizen list. Please fix your list.
