Bug thievery problems?

I'm not sure how to put this, aside from it seems that there is a few problems with the skill "thievery"

A. it breaks whenever they move right away and puts you back on cooldown
B. currently at level 36 I can not take a single item after the initial first pickpocket (what's up with that?) - this includes redstone dust. (I even went as low as a snowball -.-)



not sure if this is intended or not.. but it seems to break the skill with these 3 problems.

On a side note - if you're a rogue based spec and sneaking you can not use shops (whether they are your own or not)

We're changing up some things in Thievery to make it more balanced;

Instant Death if caught
Less spammy/apparent 'failure' messages
Better chance to steal

Please implement a different punishment for failure! :( Thievery is almost worthless now, as it is simply not worth trying any more. I think that a lot of the suggestions put forward in this thread are very good!
