Currently we raised enough money for a new hamlet and we were hoping to sell our old eclipse region. The region has walls a roof and has the full underground mined out with full underground farms and a premade chicken farm.

YOU ARE REQUIRED 5 ACTIVE MEMBERS AND THIS CAN'T BE USED AS A PERSONAL REGION!

I dont think you are allowed to sell a town. Or is that ownership of a town I am thinking of?

You're allowed to sell towns if the buyer has 10 active citizens ready to move in. You just can't be selling it to be used as a personal region. Thats the going rule with town selling these days.
