Bug Texture pack bug

[Lumify]

When using the texture pack that auto-downloads to the client, tall grass shows the message "to get rid of this message you need Optifine or mcpatcher".

I use the Modpack and if I'm not mistaken optifine is in the modpack

I get this problem using the modpack as well. I tried using the stock launcher and optifine; I have the same problem.
