Bug Technical mod(key binding not working)

Well when I pvp in arenas the keybinds don't go off when I press them and use them correctly. The key bindings worked when fights mobs tho. My brother drew22222 also tried my laptop with keybinds so u can ask him too. I don't know what's wrong when I pvp with keybinds using technical mod pack.Without the keybinds, I'm a Terrible pvper. I just got the mod pack about 4 days ago.I really want this bug to be fixed. :(

nvm, I figured what was wrong. The flood protection was on.
