Suggestion Skill Blessing Quality of Life Adjustment

Currently takes 150 mana, 9..5 sec coolddown.

Blessing: Increases attributes by 5, lasts ~30 mins, can only be cast on yourself or party members.

Would it be possible to get a quality of life adjustment to have Blessing affect all party members, have a 5 min cooldown, and cost 300 or more mana?
