showitem when used in local or shout will broadcast globally to the other servers.

Can we make it so Showitem does not broadcast cross server unless the channel itself is a cross server channel?

Says in patch notes it's fixed, but during my time today stuck in limbo I noticed a lot of show item spam. Probably not the biggest deal but still a bug
