No, RAM is not storage.
You could try closing other programs you have open (if any), but I doubt that would change anything.

Hey, sorry to be a burden again but i just checked and in my computer properties it says i have 8GB of RAM?

EDIT: Just realised im a complete idiot, i installed 32-bit java instead of 64 :/
