Selling Noble Plot w/ Mob Egg

Well, I have come to a decision to sell my noble plot. I bought it for 2,500c and it has served a great purpose for a long time but have come in great need of cash. I was going to sell it for 2,000c but due to recent events I am also going to put a Villager mob egg as well. I want to start the price at 2,000c and raise it by 50c if this turns into an auction.

Details: Small wheat farm on top, Nice looking basement, minor and random supplies

Location:Located on the West road out of spawn(That's the direction rei's minimap shows) and take a left just before you go through the giant arch and follow the wall and if you look at the pictures you will notice it.
