Saw other people getting griefed?

Well,i was trying to find Zeal earlier and found an entire city really griefed,with signs telling "Sorry i was looking for chests!" and stuff like that...do i make a petition even if i'm not the guy who got griefed?

I too saw that city. It eery how a city could so quickly fall into ruin like that. Its been like that for a few days so I imagine its abandoned if it hasn't already been dealt with.
