Suggestion (RULE) Mod: Inv Tweaker

On the disallowed mods list there is a rule for no mods that changes the use of the inventory. I would like to suggest making inv tweaker and allowed mod in herocraft. It's a helpful tool to quickly sort chests also is a good tool for projects since it replaces items used up in the hotbar if there is more in your inventory. I don't really see a bad side to this mod. If there is a reason this mod shouldn't be added can someone tell me?

I think the fast adjustment of items led to duping exploits, also no-cheat doesnt like it, and throws everything back if its a non-vanilla command.
