For rent IMO 500c is a bit excessive tbh. If people go for it sure but I may suggest lowering the price to something affordable if your looking for regular money making customers.

it seems high but mathematically its pretty reasonable. idk how much the plot could sell for, but 15x15 has been like 6k+, so the plot could be worth as much as 10k. At 500c a week you would have to occupy the plot for 20 weeks before the balance swings in favor of buying it. 20 weeks = 5 months = a long time in hc

It is still extremely over-priced, and whoever would pay that is just meh.
