Glowing Redstone

On 5/3/15 i mad a redstone mine in my town on pve map and today 5/4/15 the server experianced some major lag and then all of a sudden i cant do anything in my redsoulmine (that has all requiered blocks in it already bought and placed) stopped working wont let me take block off the chest saying im missing 1 redstone ore and a few mins later saying im missing 2 then 1 and so on so i destroyed the mine and recreated it worked fine for 20 mins then did same thing can someone pls fix this
