Bug Rangers Envenom is broke

Envenom is no longer a poison DoT effect. It is a "poison buff" that causes your attacks to deal additional poison damage.

Interesting, so it's a damage add instead of a DoT.
Personally I would prefer the DoT but this is a bug post and not a suggestion!
