Sometimes I just have a random question I want answered (and before someone says "just use /ch h", it can take HOURS to get on the server) and I don't know where to put my question. General? Off Topic? Heroes Discussion? Or do I have to decide if my question is a question about the Rules, or Diplomacy or Applications?

I suggest that a "Questions" sub-forum be made under either "Announcements" or "General"
