Question about mods and Spout

I use Spout, but it's really laggy for me. I like having the mana bar on my screen, so is there a mod I can get that shows the mana bar?

Yes there is, if you look around you'll find ace's mod pack and unknownloner's mana bar mod, pick one of those.
