PvE /o chat mute appeal?

I just went back into PvE and saw "You don't have permission to join OutOfCharacter", so I guessed I've been muted..
Here goes,

Muted by: I do not know.. perhaps this isn't even a mute
Time of mute: N/A
Server/Channel: OutOfCharacter (PvE)
Reason for mute: I do not know.
Your story: Well, I'm clueless. I don't know, I guess I'll be silent for a while?

Please save me from this pit of ignorance, if I am a bad /o chatter in any way please inform me and I shall do my best not to do said action again.
