Bug Ports between worlds not working

So I hear that Using ports/runestones world To get into the nether from its proper world (PvE to pve nether, and pvp to pvp) nether but not across each other.

But it appears you cant port OUT of the nether back into the main world, this intended or a bug?

Do you mean wizard/druid skill Port? To my knowledge the only way to ever get out of the nether for a long time was to recall or runestone. I don't understand what you mean not being able to go across each other exactly. What I get from you saying that is that it isn't possible to go from PvP Nether to PvE Nether which is how it's supposed to be.
