Well, super jump is not usable in combat. Most of the skills were also previously used or clones of other skills so there is that.

The reasoning behind the near pointless skill of doomritual is once pets are fixed, it should be getting a summon skill. If you have other ideas that could replace doomritual in the meantime that wouldn't break the class, let someone else know.
Create a third DoT skill that deals less damage than Decay, but halves/negates/damages healing for the duration.

I love this idea. Even if necro has enough DoTs, this will help with classes such as healers. I also personally agree that doom rit is crap, so far, but it won't be perm.

Exactly how would i get this T2 class and how would i figure out what the reason for having it is?

You need to level up the base class to level 60, then you can /hero choose (t2 class), just make sure to type the t2 class for your base class.

On a lesser note over the people asking how to get T2 classes, is there even a command that shows T2 classes ingame?

This patch has been pushed live. Please note that there will be a few follow up patches to correct some systems that did not go as planned.

Most all T2 ultimate skills will be getting reworks (effects/particles/etc). Some will be complete changes. We wanted to push out something for everyone even if it wasnt 100% perfect so we can get this patch out asap.

Also note:
Conquest points are activating, @Admins will be placing the areas / regions so users can cap them, the only one currently is Centraloutpost at Trade District.

If you keep or include a GTP (as in one skill per class gets upgraded at tier two such as super jump for Dragoon and others for their T2. I'd go Druid next map if they get a GTP.
