General:
Fixed chestshops so not everyone can create them.
Fixed HeroTitles not properly granting Killstreaks/Multistreak titles.
CaveSpider damage per hit, now 6 - reduced from 11
Durations for Slow/Snare/Impales are now fixed.
Added permissions to Chest Sorting in Spout (to t3)
Added permissions for Colored Signs in Spout (to t4)
Fixed LavaSlimes not granting EXP.
Death animations now work properly.
Rogue:
Bard's now use only mana when using Chakra and Wisdom
Caster:
Port and GroupTeleport now only have a 5 minute cooldown!
Crafter:
Fixed Crafting EXP
Added in;TAMING | SHEARING, exp to Farmers
Fixed Deconstruct, it is now properly working!
