Bug password chat channals

this as happened to me a few times and i know a few people in my town that it happens evey 2ed time they log in. when you log in to HC no massage or anything you just will only be in the main public channels (help, tour,) but any channels with passwords like town chat you have to the /ch [channel name] password to rejoin. my best guess is its some kind of mysql bug that's wiping player chat data when rejoining the server (if it even use's mysql i just know thats a common bug with the software).

PS. also noteworthy this only started happening when the server updated to 1.7+
