You were muted in Tour for discussing the special key which is required and giving the information out defeats it's purpose. Since you are not a Guide and you cause trouble anyway, the Tour mute can stay.

As for OT you were muted for various slurs. Tag me on your mute appeal on Saturday November 30th, and I will remove the OT mute.
