Suggestion move the for rent sign

this came to mind when i posted on the trade district shops thread. not sure how hard it would be or if its possible but to move the for rent sign's higher up. so that when a good shop goes up for rent its not a battle to be able to click on the sign due to everyone's heads's blocking it.
