IMO, we should use the old ones

Hamlet: Chief
Town: Mayor
City: Baron
Capital: wtf was this i forgot lol
Kingdom: King
Empire: Emperor

There was no old leader name for Hamlet, so I suggested Chief.

Town - Count
City - Duke
Capital - Viceroy
Kingdom - King
Empire - Emperor

The ones listed above are the old ones based on Zeal @HolyRane

I think [Lord] makes more sense for hamlet. Chief is combining a non-peerage rank into the peerage system. It makes me want to go into a medieval rage.

Yet [Lord] is a fairly vague term. Why not:
Hamlet: Baron
Town: Count
City: Duke
Capital: Viceroy
Kingdom: King
