Making European city (community)

Hi. I know Herocraft is hosted in USA and i would say most of it's users are from there, so i am thinking to make an European city or community when city's become available. Before that we can discuss how we are gonna call it and town rules and so forth.
If you want to join and you are from Europe do a little application like this:

Country : UK (coming from Latvia)
Age : 23
Usual Playtime : 12 - 02 (Greenwich mean time GMT)
