Since there is no form appeal for this, I thought i would make my own.

Fourm Name: Look_Out
Discouraged by: No clue
Time: Few months ago, not sure the exact time.
Reason: Unsure, I suppose it was something I said or did on the forums.
Your Story: when it happened i just thought it was the forums being slow not me, so I payed no attention to it. I bring this up now cause with the new map coming out. I would like to be able to browse the forums without having to wait ages for anything to load or even load at all. If anything at all, I would like to know the reason I got discouraged in the first place.

I see nothing in your file regarding this. Unless the Admin that discouraged your account says otherwise, I see no problem in lifting it.

We generally discourage ip's but we dont really remove them if it's ip-based.

I dont have time to check into this, but you can check his account on the forums to see.
