Bug Leaf Gathering

Hello.

When I earlier today tried to gather some leafs, (I was a level 16 alchemist by the way) I got an error message telling me that it was "Restricted to crafters(20)".

Posting here to confirm this is not user error, but a legitimate bug.

It's not user error or a bug. Shears are limited to lvl 20 crafters.

Edit: Oh dur, didn't see they were a lvl 16 alchemist. Nvm... >.>

It's a permissions bug.

This bug also occurs with lava bucket usage.
