Ironfist & Iron pick!

So as a monk i got the skill Ironfist... Gives me a nice amount of damage with my fist. But what if it would be possible to use my super duper iron fist as a tool aswell? Like a iron pickaxe! I know it would be a bit "overpowerd" but if it is possible maybe make it as fast as a woodenpickaxe exept it can mine ore as a ironpickaxe (gold, iron, diamond etc).
