How do I make a forum signature? I dont need anything fancy...

Hi, I was wondering how I would make a forum signature, obviously. I really don't need a super fancy one with my player in a dramatic pose with flames, just something where I can upload a picture and put some words on it in a cool font. I tried Davros_'s signature maker thingy on HC forums, but that doesn't work anymore. And I would prefer it be online (I don't want to have to download anything).
