HELP! I used a neither runestone and it teleports me above the neither

When I used a neither runestone I somehow got teleported above the bedrock which is on the ceiling of the neither. Is there some way I can get out of here without doing /kill

Before the Nether was reset there was a lift sign at 0,0 to get you back into the spawn. Asking Danda to add it again so if this happens again people can get down.

@Sirdemonic3 - I miss our home up there!
