As in the steps of staff go from proctor to S.proctor to guide to S.guide (if that exists) and so on with their jobs. (proctors whitelist, guides whitelist and enforces rules/help new players, and so on) I hope this makes sense... If not and I'm speaking complete gibberish, please, by all means, tell me
No actually Guides and Proctors are equal, as are S Proctors and S Guides. The step progression is no longer Proctor > Guide
Guides do not whitelist and have not done so since last map, right around the time I became a Senior Proctor.
Proctors are more focused on the forums, due to whitelisting and Guides are more focused on in game help.
