This is a suggestion for the forums, since a lot of people looking to join Herocraft seem to be asking the same questions over and over.

On the top menu on the website, instead of having an "Access" button, it would be better to have a "Join" button. This is more clear to people who want to join the server.

Upon clicking the "Join" button, the user will be brought to a page with links to all the relevant information to joining the server. On top, have a link to the applications forum page, and premium access, as the Access page has now.

Under that should be a list of ALL the IPs that can be used to access the server (there are a lot). This would be best in table format, alongside suggestions as to what IP address is best for what location (ex. US, UK, Australia, or even more specific than that).

Under that, list the creative server and the test server IPs with a short description of the purpose of each server.

Under that, mention that HC has a modpack that will optimize the Herocraft experience, and include the link: hc.to/modpack

Lastly, include links to the lore. Maybe this one: http://herocraftonline.com/main/threads/herocraft-archeology-the-lore-project.6551/

And a newbie guide. Maybe this one: http://herocraftonline.com/main/threads/the-noob-guide.39411/

Other links relevant to new players could be included on this page, like a link to the server rules and the wiki, but it would be best to keep it as simple as possible so as not to be overwhelming. And besides, people will likely want to log into the server and check it out before they commit themselves to reading a long list of rules or reading the wiki.

In conclusion, having a page set up like this will make the server a lot more welcoming to new players because all the information they need to get started will be on one page. As the forum is now, it's confusing to navigate, and it's actually really hard to find the IP address, even though it's on the top of every page.

Ill look into some of this soon, thanks for the suggestions!

Also @Kainzo can you change hc.to/apply to the Herocraft page and not the minecraft forums? The Herocraft page is more clear and most people use hc.to/apply in game.
