Suggestion Force start MAs automatically

If one person's refusing to start, the MA should start after 30 sec if 9 out of 10 people are ready, etc.

That, or have a command where people can vote to push an automatic start and just majority rules.

Alternatively, fix the party kick command.

I thought they were going to introduce some 'vote kick' system. Maybe I heard wrong.
