1) PlantSeed: (Reagent: seeds)
Plants an area of 5r around you with the type of seed you're holding.

2) FeedAnimals: (Reagent: ???)
Feed all animals within a 5r of you

3) Fertilize: (Reagent: Bonemeal?)
Quickly grow plants all around you

4) ???
%chance (like that of a miner finding ore) of getting extra wool/leather/meat/feather when sheering/killing animals
