I was thinking that Endermen should be somewhat more formidable...

Endermen no longer are hurt by rain/water and don't burn in the daylight.

Also, just as a slight fix...

Endermen no longer pickup and place blocks.

Endermen already do a shit ton of damage and they sneak up on you like a real Ninja. Not like one of the wannabe Heroes Ninjas. xD
