Bug Dungeon Mob Skills/damage

Some of the mobs skills are repeated 3 times or just are used too often.

Im gonna try and go through every dungeon and fight each mob to see if it does damage at all and if their skills are broken. Ill post screen shots about my findings.

Sometimes its just multi messages in chat and not the actual skill being used twice (unconfirmed just speculation)

Mobs not doing damage:
Fae Trickster - Tricksters Domain - T3
Mummified Hunter - Forgotten Grounds - T1
Chaotic Minion - Spams Chatotic Minion Disjointedly Knocks you away! (not sure if thats its method of damage) - Necropolis - T2
Crushflame Feral - Same mechanics as Chaotic Minion where it only attacks you with skills when attacked - t2

Skills that dont scale for Pve:
Smite
Inferno Orb
