Harmtouch needs to be updated to have a reasonable mana and cooldown cost. Currently, harmtouch is more detrimental than it is helpful, where it is impossible to use skills after it, or impossible to use it mid-fight as using any other skill will leave you with far to little mana. The 15 minute cooldown is also far too long, as it is not that powerful of a skill. I suggest a cooldown of 2-3 minutes and AT MAX a mana cost of 45%. Any higher and the cost is to high to make it anymore practical than it is now.
